The Paramedic team will be deployed to the client's manufacturing plant in the Almaty Industrial Zone (AIZ) and will operate on a 24/7 rotational basis for a contract period of twelve (12) months commencing 1 September 2025.

The Paramedic services encompass, but are not limited to: primary and secondary emergency medical response; advanced life support (ALS) interventions; on-site first aid and trauma management; patient stabilization and transport coordination to Almaty Regional Clinical Hospital or Al-Farabi National Medical University Hospital; occupational health screening; and emergency medical training for up to 200 plant personnel per quarter.

Payment for the Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Emergency Medical Services LLP. The total contract value of USD 435,635.20 shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, with each monthly invoice due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. A 10% advance payment is required prior to the commencement of services on 1 September 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Kazakhstan commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• All Paramedic personnel deployed under this agreement shall hold valid certifications recognized by the Kazakhstan Ministry of Health and Social Development, including Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) credentials.
• The Paramedic response vehicle(s) shall be maintained in full operational readiness at all times and shall comply with all traffic and safety regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Almaty Emergency Medical Services LLP shall maintain professional liability insurance coverage of no less than USD 2,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the Kazakhstan Almaty jurisdiction.
• Any changes to the scope of Paramedic services, including additional personnel, extended hours, or off-site transport beyond the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan boundary, shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
• Governing law: The laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Center at the Astana International Financial Centre.
• Confidentiality: All patient data and operational records generated during the provision of Paramedic services shall be handled in strict accordance with Kazakhstan's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 94-V, 2014).
