This Quotation Estimate is issued by Yangon MedResponse Services Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Paramedic emergency response, on-site medical coverage, and pre-hospital care services for the Yangon International Business Park premises located in the heart of Myanmar Yangon. The Paramedic services outlined below are designed to ensure that all employees, visitors, and tenants within the facility receive immediate, professional, and life-saving medical attention in the event of an emergency, accident, or medical incident.
The Paramedic team deployed under this Quotation Estimate will be fully certified by the Myanmar Ministry of Health and Sports, trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), trauma management, and pediatric emergency care. All Paramedic personnel operating within Myanmar Yangon will carry bilingual (Burmese and English) communication capabilities to serve the diverse workforce of the business park.

Under this Quotation Estimate, Yangon MedResponse Services Co., Ltd. commits to the following Paramedic response standards within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area:
- On-site Paramedic Response: A certified Paramedic shall be physically present at the YIBP Medical Bay at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Ambulance Dispatch: In the event that an incident exceeds on-site Paramedic capability, a fully equipped ambulance shall arrive at the scene within 8 minutes from the stationing point in Hlaing Township, Yangon.
- Hospital Transfer: The Paramedic team shall coordinate and accompany patients to the nearest Level-1 trauma center (Yangon General Hospital or Aung San Hospital) within 20 minutes of dispatch.
- Paramedic Staffing: A minimum of 6 certified Paramedics will be rostered across three 8-hour shifts to ensure continuous coverage without fatigue-related risk.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% payable in equal monthly installments within 15 days of each invoice date.
- All Paramedic personnel assigned to this contract in Myanmar Yangon shall hold valid Myanmar Ministry of Health and Sports licenses and shall undergo annual competency assessments.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of any Paramedic staff member with reasonable notice (minimum 72 hours) if performance or conduct is unsatisfactory.
- Yangon MedResponse Services Co., Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance coverage of no less than USD 1,000,000 for all Paramedic operations conducted within Myanmar Yangon.
- Any additional Paramedic services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., VIP medical escort, event coverage, or extended hospital stay coordination) shall be quoted separately at the standard hourly rate of USD 85.00 per Paramedic.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Paramedic service contract shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with jurisdiction in Yangon.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in Myanmar Yangon has been reviewed, understood, and accepted as a basis for the formal Service Agreement.
