Ltd. to provide comprehensive Paramedic services for the Kathmandu Valley region, specifically covering the metropolitan area of Nepal Kathmandu and its surrounding districts including Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, and Kirtipur. The Paramedic deployment outlined herein is designed to meet the critical emergency response needs of the client's facilities and to support community-based pre-hospital care across the densely populated urban corridors of Nepal Kathmandu.
Our Paramedic team consists of certified professionals trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) as recognized by the Nepal Health Authority and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Each Paramedic unit operating within Nepal Kathmandu will be equipped with a fully stocked ambulance, including defibrillators, oxygen supply systems, spinal immobilization kits, and advanced airway management equipment.

The Paramedic services described in this Quotation Estimate will be deployed across the entire Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan zone. Response time targets are set at no more than 8 minutes for urban core areas (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur) and no more than 15 minutes for peripheral zones (Kirtipur, Tokha, Chandragiri). Each Paramedic unit will operate on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 availability. The dispatch center, located in central Kathmandu, will coordinate all emergency calls received via the 102 national emergency number and the client's dedicated hotline.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer and does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% due within 15 days of monthly service delivery.
- All Paramedic personnel shall comply with the Nepal Health Authority regulations, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of Nepal, and the client's internal medical protocols.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, monsoon flooding common in Nepal Kathmandu), may temporarily alter service delivery schedules without penalty to either party.
- Any modification to the scope of Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All patient data handled by our Paramedic team in Nepal Kathmandu shall be protected under Nepal's Personal Data Protection Act, 2075 (2018).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in Nepal Kathmandu and agrees to the terms, pricing, and conditions outlined herein. Upon countersignature by Himalayan Emergency Medical Services Pvt. Ltd., this document shall serve as the basis for the service agreement.
