This Quotation Estimate is issued by Karachi Advanced Paramedic Services (KAPS) to provide comprehensive, round-the-clock Paramedic emergency response, patient transport, and on-site medical coverage services within Pakistan Karachi. The Paramedic team deployed under this estimate shall consist of certified paramedics, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and supervising physicians in accordance with the standards set by the Sindh Health Department and the Pakistan Medical Commission. All Paramedic personnel will operate from strategically located stations across Karachi, including Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, DHA, North Nazimabad, and Korangi, ensuring response times of no more than eight (8) minutes to any location within the city limits of Pakistan Karachi.

General Terms Governing This Paramedic Services Quotation
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, KAPS reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this contract shall hold valid certifications from the Pakistan Medical Commission and the Sindh Health Department. Copies of credentials will be provided upon request.
- The client shall provide a safe, accessible parking area for Paramedic ambulances at the designated site within Pakistan Karachi. KAPS is not liable for delays caused by inaccessible locations or client-side logistical failures.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) days of the end of each calendar month. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month.
- KAPS shall maintain comprehensive third-party liability insurance and vehicle insurance for all Paramedic units operating in Pakistan Karachi. Certificates of insurance will be furnished to the client at the commencement of the contract.
- Any additional Paramedic services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extra inter-city transfers, additional on-site coverage) shall be billed at the per-unit rates specified in Section 2, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, KAPS shall ensure a minimum of seven (7) days of transition support to facilitate handover to a replacement Paramedic provider.
- All patient data, medical records, and operational information handled by KAPS Paramedic staff shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and applicable Sindh health regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial basis for negotiation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
