This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cape Town Advanced Paramedic Services (CTAPS) in response to the request for professional Paramedic services to be rendered at the Atlantic Medical Centre premises and surrounding areas within the greater Cape Town metropolitan region, South Africa. The Paramedic services outlined below are designed to meet the regulatory standards set by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Department of Health, Western Cape. All Paramedic personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold valid HPCSA registration, current resuscitation certifications, and a minimum of five years of clinical experience in pre-hospital and in-facility emergency care.
The Paramedic team will be available on a 24-hour, 365-day basis to provide advanced life support (ALS), basic life support (BLS), critical care transport, and on-site emergency response services. The service area encompasses all of South Africa Cape Town, including the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, and the Northern Suburbs, ensuring comprehensive coverage for the client's operational needs.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on fuel costs, regulatory changes, or market conditions within South Africa Cape Town.
- All Paramedic services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) regulations and the National Health Act (Act No. 61 of 2003). CTAPS holds a valid Private Health Care Provider (PHCP) licence issued by the Western Cape Department of Health.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the Late Payment of Interest Act (Act No. 3 of 2003).
- The Paramedic team will respond to all emergency call-outs within the client's premises within a maximum of three (3) minutes. For off-site transport within Cape Town, the target response time is fifteen (15) minutes from dispatch.
- All Paramedic personnel will undergo annual medical fitness assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and continuous professional development (CPD) as mandated by the HPCSA.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for hospital admission, specialist consultations, or pharmaceuticals administered beyond the initial Paramedic intervention. Such costs will be billed separately by the receiving medical facility.
- CTAPS carries comprehensive professional indemnity insurance of R 10,000,000 and public liability insurance of R 5,000,000, covering all Paramedic operations within South Africa Cape Town and the Western Cape province.
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all Paramedic equipment supplied under Item 04 must be returned in working condition.
- All data collected during Paramedic interventions will be handled in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act No. 4 of 2013) and the National Health Act's confidentiality provisions.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the client named herein. Any amendments to the scope of Paramedic services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in South Africa Cape Town has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in full. The terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein shall govern the service agreement between the parties.
