5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for Paramedic services may be subject to revision based on operational costs and regulatory changes in Spain Valencia.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. A 15% advance payment is required to confirm the booking of Paramedic personnel and vehicles. The remaining balance shall be settled in monthly installments aligned with the service period.
Service Area: All Paramedic services under this quotation are limited to the geographic boundaries of the Valencia province and the wider Comunidad Valenciana region within Spain Valencia. Travel beyond a 50-kilometre radius from the city centre of Valencia will be billed at an additional rate of €1.80 per kilometre.
Paramedic Qualifications: All Paramedic staff assigned to this contract will hold a minimum of a Técnico Superior en Emergencias Sanitarias (TSES) qualification, valid DEA (Defibrilación Externa Automática) certification, and a current driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class. They will be registered with the regional health service (SERVEI) of Valencia.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of scheduled Paramedic shifts or events must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled shift value. Emergency response dispatches cannot be cancelled once the Paramedic unit has been mobilised.
