This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kampala Emergency Paramedic Services Ltd. to provide comprehensive, professional Paramedic services within the Uganda Kampala metropolitan area and its immediate surrounding districts. The services outlined in this document are designed to meet the operational requirements of the Kampala Municipal Health Authority for a twelve-month contract period commencing 1 August 2025 and concluding 31 July 2026.
The Paramedic services encompass emergency medical response, pre-hospital patient care, inter-facility patient transport, mass casualty incident support, and routine medical escort services. All Paramedic personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid certification from the Uganda Nursing and Midwifery Council (UNMC) and possess a minimum of three (3) years of documented field experience in emergency medical services within Uganda or an equivalent recognized jurisdiction.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Paramedic services may be subject to revision due to fuel cost fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or regulatory adjustments in Uganda.
- All Paramedic personnel shall comply with the Uganda Health Professions Council Act (2011) and the National Ambulance Service Regulations. The provider guarantees that every Paramedic deployed in Kampala holds a current, valid practising licence.
- Payment terms: 60% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 40% disbursed in two equal quarterly instalments. All payments shall be made in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) to the provider's designated bank account in Kampala.
- The provider shall submit monthly operational reports detailing Paramedic response times, patient outcomes, incident logs, and equipment maintenance records to the Kampala Municipal Health Authority within five (5) working days of each month's end.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Uganda Kampala, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Any additional Paramedic services requested beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and cost assessment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
By signing below, the recipient acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in Uganda Kampala and confirms that the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein have been reviewed and understood. Acceptance of this document shall trigger the commencement of the contractual process as stipulated in the terms above.
