This Quotation Estimate is prepared to provide comprehensive Paramedic emergency medical response services for the Tashkent International Business Center premises and its surrounding operational zones within Uzbekistan Tashkent. The proposed Paramedic deployment includes on-site stationed medical personnel, rapid-response ambulance units, and 24/7 emergency coverage in accordance with the Republic of Uzbekistan Ministry of Health regulations and international emergency medical standards.
The Paramedic team will be responsible for initial triage, stabilization of critically injured or ill individuals, administration of emergency medications, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, wound care, and safe patient transport to designated hospitals within Tashkent city limits. All Paramedic personnel will hold valid Uzbekistan-issued medical licenses and international paramedic certification.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all Paramedic service rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly installments (end of Month 6 and Month 12) of the 12-month Paramedic service period.
- All Paramedic personnel assigned to this contract in Uzbekistan Tashkent will be employees of MedLife Emergency Response Services (Uzbekistan) LLP and will not be considered employees or agents of the Client.
- The Client agrees to provide a dedicated, climate-controlled room (minimum 12 m²) on the ground floor of TIBC for the Paramedic station, including access to electricity, running water, and secure parking for the ambulance unit.
- MedLife Emergency Response Services (Uzbekistan) LLP shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage of no less than 500,000,000 UZS for all Paramedic operations conducted within Tashkent city boundaries.
- Any cancellation of this Paramedic service agreement by the Client prior to the completion of the 12-month term will incur a penalty of 25% of the remaining contract value as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- All medical records, incident reports, and patient data generated during Paramedic interventions will be stored in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data Protection" and will be accessible to the Client upon written request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in duplicate.
