We are pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for the provision of a senior Petroleum Engineer and associated technical services to be deployed and executed within Bangladesh Dhaka and its surrounding operational zones. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with your Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 02 June 2025 and reflects our best and final pricing for the scope of work described herein.

This Quotation Estimate covers the engagement of a qualified Petroleum Engineer (minimum 15 years of experience in upstream and midstream operations) to provide the following services in Bangladesh Dhaka:

• Reservoir characterization and production optimization for existing gas fields in the Dhaka metropolitan and adjacent regions.
• Well integrity assessment, completion design review, and stimulation planning for 12 designated wells.
• Development of a 5-year production forecast model incorporating geological, geophysical, and petrophysical data.
• Preparation of technical reports, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance documentation as required by the Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Regulatory Authority (OGDCA).
• On-site supervision and quality assurance at the client's operational facilities located in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Monthly progress reporting and quarterly technical review meetings with the client's engineering team.

Grand Total in Words: Fourteen Million Three Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand and Fifty Taka Only.

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 50% milestone payment upon completion of the reservoir modeling, well integrity assessments, and submission of the 5-year production forecast report.
• 20% final payment upon successful handover of all deliverables, regulatory filings, and closure of the project in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Delta Petroleum Engineering Consultants Ltd., Sonali Bank, Bangladesh Dhaka Branch, A/C No: 0012-3456-7890.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• The assigned Petroleum Engineer shall be a Bangladeshi national holding a valid professional license from the Bangladesh Council of Professional Engineers (BCPE) and shall maintain full-time availability for the duration of the contract.
• All work shall be performed in compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, OGDCA regulations, and applicable environmental standards enforced in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) revisions on any deliverable at no additional cost. Further revisions shall be billed at the Petroleum Engineer's hourly rate of BDT 8,500.
• Intellectual property rights for all reports, models, and data generated under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full payment.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
