This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoPetrol Engineering Solutions Ltda. to formally present the professional fees, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior Petroleum Engineer to support the Pre-Salt Field Development project. All services will be coordinated from our headquarters in Brazil Rio de Janeiro, with on-site and offshore mobilization as required by the project schedule. The Petroleum Engineer will provide comprehensive technical oversight covering reservoir characterization, well performance analysis, production optimization, and completion design for the designated offshore assets.
The scope encompasses the following key deliverables: (a) a detailed reservoir simulation model calibrated with available well-test and seismic data; (b) a production forecasting report covering a 25-year field life; (c) well completion and artificial lift design recommendations; (d) monthly production performance reviews and technical memoranda; (e) participation in engineering review boards held in Brazil Rio de Janeiro; and (f) a final technical report summarizing all findings and recommendations for the asset management team.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon delivery of the reservoir model and production forecast (Month 5), and 30% upon final report acceptance (Month 12). All payments in BRL via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract annex.
- The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this project holds a minimum of 15 years of experience in offshore reservoir engineering, with specific expertise in Brazilian pre-salt formations. The engineer is a registered professional with the Conselho Federal de Engenharia e Agronomia (CREA-RJ).
- All work products, data, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Petroleum Engineer and GeoPetrol Engineering Solutions Ltda. shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work.
- Offshore mobilization to the Santos Basin platforms is subject to compliance with Brazilian ANP (Agência Nacional do Petróleo) regulations, COT (Comissão Operacional de Transporte) requirements, and the client's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
- Any change in scope, additional engineering hours, or extended offshore rotations beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost approval by both parties.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, incorporating all terms herein, must be executed by both parties before work commences.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting offshore operations in the Brazil Rio de Janeiro region, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Petroleum Engineer services and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes GeoPetrol Engineering Solutions Ltda. to proceed with resource allocation and project planning in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
