The Petroleum Engineer shall be deployed to the operational facilities located in the China Guangzhou metropolitan area, specifically at the Pearl River Basin Offshore Operations Center in Nansha District, Guangzhou. The scope encompasses reservoir evaluation, well integrity assessment, production optimization, and technical advisory support for all petroleum engineering activities conducted within the China Guangzhou jurisdiction.

The Petroleum Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in upstream petroleum engineering, possess a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline, and be fully licensed to practice in the People's Republic of China. All deliverables produced by the Petroleum Engineer shall comply with the standards set forth by the National Energy Administration of China and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid by the Client in accordance with the following schedule:

• Advance Payment (30%): CNY 1,382,028.00 – payable within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution and receipt of a valid VAT invoice.
• Progress Payment (40%): CNY 1,842,704.00 – payable in two equal installments at the completion of Month 6 and Month 12, subject to satisfactory review of the Petroleum Engineer's quarterly deliverables.
• Final Payment (30%): CNY 1,382,028.00 – payable within thirty (30) days of project completion and final acceptance of all reports and documentation by the Client's technical committee in China Guangzhou.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing.
2. All services rendered by the Petroleum Engineer shall be performed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Petroleum Law of the PRC and the Safety Production Law.
3. The Petroleum Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, reservoir information, and operational parameters encountered during the engagement in China Guangzhou. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
4. Any change in scope, extension of duration, or additional deliverables requested by the Client shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Contractor and mutually agreed upon in writing.
5. The Contractor reserves the right to substitute the assigned Petroleum Engineer with a qualified equivalent, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in Section 1 and is approved in writing by the Client.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou for binding arbitration.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting the China Guangzhou region, shall relieve the affected party from performance obligations for the duration of the event.
