1. Scope of Services – Petroleum Engineer Assignment in Egypt Cairo

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Delta Petroleum Consulting Co. to provide the services of a qualified Petroleum Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing upon the client's written acceptance of this document. The Petroleum Engineer will be based in our Egypt Cairo office and will be deployed to the client's designated operational sites within the Greater Cairo region, including but not limited to the Nile Delta basin, the Western Desert concessions, and the offshore Mediterranean platforms as required by the project scope.

The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited Egyptian or international university, with no fewer than eight (8) years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering, well planning, production optimization, and completion design. The candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and must possess a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, Cairo Branch.

3. Payment Terms and Schedule

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all amounts due within thirty (30) days of invoice date:

4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Cairo and fluctuations in the EGP/USD exchange rate.
4.2 The Petroleum Engineer assigned under this engagement shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Egyptian General Petroleum Authority (EGPA) and the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, Cairo Branch.
4.3 Any change in scope, additional wells, or extended field deployments beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval by both parties.
4.4 The client shall provide all necessary work permits, site access, and safety clearances required for the Petroleum Engineer to perform duties at operational locations in and around Egypt Cairo.
4.5 All intellectual property, technical reports, and reservoir models generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
4.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, Cairo, under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for deployment within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area and its immediate operational radius (up to 150 km). Deployments to remote Western Desert or offshore locations beyond this radius will incur additional logistical costs to be itemized in a separate addendum. 5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Petroleum Engineer services to be rendered in Egypt Cairo.
