This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al Rayyan Energy & Consulting LLC to provide comprehensive Petroleum Engineer professional services for the North Field Reservoir Expansion Phase II project, to be executed in Qatar Doha and its surrounding operational areas. The scope encompasses reservoir characterization, well performance analysis, production optimization, and technical advisory support over a contract duration of twelve (12) months.
Our Petroleum Engineer team, comprising senior and mid-level specialists with an average of fifteen (15) years of experience in the Qatar Doha oil and gas sector, will deliver the following deliverables:
- Reservoir modeling and simulation using industry-standard software (Eclipse, Petrel) for the target field located in the Qatar Doha basin.
- Well-by-well production analysis and decline curve forecasting for a minimum of forty (40) active wells.
- Water injection strategy development and optimization to maintain reservoir pressure.
- Monthly technical reports and quarterly performance presentations to the client's management team in Doha.
- On-site inspection and data acquisition at the Qatar Doha operational facilities, including the Al Khor and Mesaieed processing plants.
- Technical due diligence support for potential well workover and recompletion programs.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. The first payment shall be due within fourteen (14) days of contract commencement. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al Rayyan Energy & Consulting LLC, Doha, Qatar. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar Doha commercial regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Qatar Doha.
- All Petroleum Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid Qatar work permits and shall comply with all Qatar Doha labor and immigration regulations.
- The client shall provide safe access to all operational sites within Qatar Doha and the North Field area, including necessary HSE induction and site-specific training.
- Confidentiality: All reservoir data, well logs, and production figures shared under this engagement are strictly confidential. The Petroleum Engineer team shall sign individual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to commencing work in Qatar Doha.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events in Qatar Doha, government directives, or pandemics.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Doha arbitration rules.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days written notice. Upon termination, all completed deliverables shall be paid for in full.
