1. Scope of Work — Petroleum Engineer Assignment
This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request from Al-Rashid Energy & Infrastructure Co., Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Petroleum Engineer to support ongoing upstream and midstream operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Petroleum Engineer shall be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of reservoir management, well performance optimization, production forecasting, and compliance with Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Ministry of Energy technical standards. The scope encompasses both on-site supervision at the Jeddah processing facilities and remote analytical support from our Jeddah office.

3. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of pricing.
- All rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of the Petroleum Engineer's professional fees, tools, and standard working hours (48 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday).
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 60% in equal monthly installments, and 10% upon successful completion of the 12-month assignment in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Iqama sponsorship, medical clearance, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements where applicable.
- Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a formal change-order process and mutual written agreement.
- Confidentiality: All reservoir data, production figures, and proprietary information encountered by the Petroleum Engineer in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Jeddah, shall extend the project timeline without additional cost to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement.
