Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechPetro Consulting S.L. to provide comprehensive Petroleum Engineer services for Iberian Energy Resources S.A., based in Spain Barcelona. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of petroleum engineering consultancy required for the client's offshore and onshore hydrocarbon exploration and production operations within the Catalan coastal region and adjacent maritime zones of Spain Barcelona.
The designated Petroleum Engineer will be responsible for reservoir modelling, well performance analysis, production optimisation, completion design, and technical due diligence. All deliverables will comply with the regulatory framework established by the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Balearic and Catalan maritime authorities governing petroleum activities in the waters surrounding Spain Barcelona.

Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in quarterly instalments as follows:
- 15% Advance Payment: EUR 67,518.00 upon contract signature and commencement of the Petroleum Engineer engagement in Spain Barcelona.
- Quarterly Payments (Q1–Q4): EUR 95,651.00 per quarter, invoiced on the 1st business day of each quarter.
- Final Settlement: Remaining balance due within 30 days of project completion or contract termination.
Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After expiry, all rates and availability of the Petroleum Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All services will be performed in accordance with the Spanish Petroleum Act (Ley 38/1992) and applicable EU energy regulations. The Petroleum Engineer shall hold a valid professional registration with the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Barcelona.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement in Spain Barcelona shall remain the exclusive property of Iberian Energy Resources S.A., subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
- Either party may terminate the contract with 60 days’ written notice. In such case, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Spain Barcelona region, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Barcelona Arbitration Centre (CNA).
- All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate established by Spanish law (Ley 3/2004).
