1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Iberia Petroleum Consulting S.L. to formally present the scope, schedule, and financial breakdown for the engagement of a senior Petroleum Engineer to support the client's subsurface evaluation and production optimisation programme in the Spain Valencia region. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon written acceptance by the client and remains valid for the period stated above. All pricing is inclusive of applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT – IVA 21%) unless otherwise noted.
2. Scope of Work – Petroleum Engineer Services
The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following professional services tailored to the operational requirements of the Spain Valencia offshore and onshore assets:
- Reservoir Characterisation and Modelling: Development and calibration of 3D numerical reservoir models for the target formations in the Valencia Basin, incorporating geological, geophysical, and petrophysical data.
- Production Forecasting and Decline Analysis: Preparation of detailed production forecasts, water-oil ratio projections, and ultimate recovery estimates for existing and planned wells.
- Well Performance Evaluation: Analysis of well test data, nodal analysis, and inflow performance relationships to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimisation measures.
- Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Feasibility: Preliminary assessment of waterflood efficiency, gas injection potential, and thermal recovery options specific to the reservoir conditions in the Spain Valencia area.
- Regulatory Compliance Reporting: Preparation of technical documentation required by the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Directorate General for Energy Policy, including annual reservoir performance reports.
- Site Inspections and Field Support: A minimum of six (6) on-site visits per quarter to the Valencia coastal operations, including platform walkdowns, data acquisition, and coordination with the onshore operations team.
- Monthly Technical Reporting: Submission of detailed monthly progress reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries to the client's technical management in Valencia.

4. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate provides for the following payment milestones, all payable within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt:
- Milestone 1 – Mobilisation (30%): €109,989.00 – Due upon contract signature and commencement of the Petroleum Engineer's onboarding in Valencia.
- Milestone 2 – Mid-Project (40%): €146,652.00 – Due upon delivery of the calibrated reservoir model and the first six-month technical report.
- Milestone 3 – Completion (30%): €109,989.00 – Due upon final delivery of the EOR Feasibility Study, final regulatory filings, and the closing project report.
5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Iberia Petroleum Consulting S.L.
5.2 The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in reservoir engineering and shall be registered with the Spanish Official College of Engineers (COIIM – Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid) or the equivalent Valencian professional body.
5.3 All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Spanish Hydrocarbons Law (Ley 34/1998), the applicable regulations of the Directorate General for Energy Policy, and all environmental directives in force in the Spain Valencia region.
5.4 The client shall provide timely access to all subsurface data, well records, and operational information necessary for the Petroleum Engineer to perform the services described herein. Delays in data provision shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
5.5 Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools remain the property of Iberia Petroleum Consulting S.L.
5.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific production outcomes. The Petroleum Engineer's deliverables are advisory and technical in nature and do not replace the client's operational decision-making authority.
6. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Iberia Petroleum Consulting S.L. to proceed with the engagement of the Petroleum Engineer for the services described in the Spain Valencia project scope.
