This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Basin Energy Solutions Ltd. to the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation in response to Request for Proposal RFP-SPC-2025-118. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Petroleum Engineer to deliver technical consulting, reservoir evaluation, and production optimization services at the North Kordofan oil field located in the Sudan Khartoum region. All pricing, terms, and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are binding upon acceptance and are subject to the validity period stated above.

The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in upstream oil and gas operations, with demonstrated expertise in reservoir modeling, well performance analysis, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques. The scope of work for the Petroleum Engineer in Sudan Khartoum includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

  • Conduct a full reservoir characterization study for the North Kordofan field, including relative permeability analysis, pore pressure mapping, and fluid property evaluation.
  • Develop and calibrate a 3D numerical reservoir simulation model using industry-standard software (Eclipse or CMG) to forecast production profiles over a 25-year horizon.
  • Perform well-by-well production decline analysis and identify underperforming wells requiring workover or stimulation interventions.
  • Prepare a comprehensive Enhanced Oil Recovery feasibility report, evaluating water flooding, gas injection, and chemical EOR options specific to the Sudan Khartoum geological conditions.
  • Provide monthly technical progress reports and quarterly on-site supervision visits to the Sudan Khartoum operations base.
  • Deliver a final technical report with actionable recommendations for the SPC Board of Directors.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the bank account of Nile Basin Energy Solutions Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

  • 30% advance payment ($41,626.50) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
  • 40% interim payment ($55,502.00) due upon completion of the reservoir simulation model and submission of the interim technical report (Month 3).
  • 30% final payment ($41,626.50) due upon delivery and acceptance of the final EOR feasibility report and Board presentation.

All payments are subject to a 30-day net payment cycle from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Sudanese commercial law applicable in Sudan Khartoum.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
  • The Petroleum Engineer shall comply with all applicable Sudanese labor regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols enforced by the Ministry of Energy and Mining in Sudan Khartoum.
  • All intellectual property, data, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation upon full payment.
  • Nile Basin Energy Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 2,000,000 for the duration of the Petroleum Engineer's assignment in Sudan Khartoum.
  • Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
