This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the request for professional Petroleum Engineer consultancy services to be delivered in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of petroleum engineering activities required for the evaluation, development, and production optimization of onshore and offshore hydrocarbon assets within the Tanzania Basin and the Rovuma Basin regions. Our team of certified Petroleum Engineer professionals will be deployed to the client's operational sites in and around Tanzania Dar es Salaam for a contract duration of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual agreement.
The services include, but are not limited to: reservoir characterization and modeling, well performance analysis, production forecasting, enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategy development, well completion design review, hydraulic fracturing program oversight, and compliance reporting in accordance with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Act (No. 20 of 2017) and the regulations issued by the Tanzania Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are subject to adjustment in the event of significant currency fluctuation or changes in applicable tax legislation by the Tanzania Revenue Authority. The Petroleum Engineer personnel assigned to this engagement shall be fully qualified, holding minimum BSc/MSc degrees in Petroleum Engineering from accredited institutions, and shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant field experience in East African basins.
All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Tanzania Occupational Safety and Health Act (No. 20 of 2003), the Environmental Management Act (No. 20 of 2004), and all applicable petroleum industry regulations enforced by EWURA and the Ministry of Energy. The client shall provide access to all relevant well data, seismic surveys, and geological reports necessary for the Petroleum Engineer team to carry out their duties effectively.
Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fourteen (14) days of receipt of an approved invoice. A mobilization advance of twenty percent (20%) of the total contract value shall be payable upon execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of East African Petroleum Engineering Solutions Ltd., National Bank of Commerce, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890.
The Petroleum Engineer team shall submit monthly progress reports, quarterly technical summaries, and an annual comprehensive performance report to the client's designated representative in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. All deliverables shall be provided in both hard copy (three copies) and electronic format (PDF and editable source files).
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Petroleum Engineer services.
