This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thai Petro Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a senior Petroleum Engineer for the duration of the engagement in Thailand Bangkok and its surrounding operational zones. The Petroleum Engineer shall be responsible for reservoir evaluation, well performance analysis, production optimization, and technical advisory support for the client's onshore and offshore petroleum assets located within the Gulf of Thailand and the Bangkok metropolitan industrial corridor.
The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Reservoir modeling and simulation for three (3) active fields in the Gulf of Thailand.
- Monthly production data analysis and decline curve forecasting.
- Well intervention planning and hydraulic fracturing design review.
- Technical due diligence reports for potential acquisition targets in the Thailand Bangkok region.
- Regulatory compliance support with the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) and the Petroleum Fuel Authority of Thailand (PFT).
- On-site inspections at the client's Bangkok headquarters and Chonburi processing facilities (minimum 4 site visits per month).
- Preparation of quarterly technical reports and board-level presentations.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in upstream petroleum operations and shall be a registered professional engineer recognized by the Council of Engineers, Thailand.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the Petroleum Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and applicable regulations of the Department of Mineral Resources, Thailand.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon final delivery of the annual technical report. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- Confidentiality: All data, reservoir models, and production figures provided by the client shall remain strictly confidential. The Petroleum Engineer and Thai Petro Solutions Co., Ltd. shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons affecting the Gulf of Thailand operations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, with the seat of arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
