This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northgate Energy Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional engineering services submitted by Manchester Energy Infrastructure Group. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Petroleum Engineer to deliver technical consultancy, reservoir assessment, and operational optimisation services within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area and its associated industrial zones. This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates as of June 2025 and is prepared in full compliance with the Engineering and Technology Board (E&T) professional standards applicable in the United Kingdom.
The Petroleum Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client, all conducted primarily from our offices in United Kingdom Manchester with site visits as required:
- Reservoir Characterisation and Modelling: Detailed geological and petrophysical analysis of subsurface formations, including the preparation of 3D reservoir models using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse, and CMG). The Petroleum Engineer will deliver a comprehensive reservoir performance report within the first six weeks of engagement.
- Production Optimisation and Decline Analysis: Ongoing monitoring and analysis of well performance data to identify opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and gas lift optimisation. Monthly technical reports will be submitted to the client's operations team based in Manchester.
- Well Integrity and Completion Design Review: Technical audit of existing well completions and casing programmes, with recommendations for remedial actions. The Petroleum Engineer will conduct on-site inspections at designated locations within the United Kingdom Manchester industrial corridor.
- Regulatory Compliance and HSE Advisory: Ensuring all engineering recommendations align with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines, the Oil and Gas (Decommissioning) Act 2006, and local environmental regulations applicable to the United Kingdom Manchester region.
- Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer: Two half-day training sessions per quarter for the client's in-house engineering staff, delivered at the client's premises in Manchester or at our United Kingdom Manchester office facility.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Kingdom Manchester energy sector.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be conducted on a monthly basis in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A late payment interest charge of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998) shall apply to overdue balances.
4.3 Mobilisation Fee: A non-refundable mobilisation fee of 10% of the total contract value (GBP 57,240.00) is payable upon execution of the service agreement to cover initial setup, software procurement, and Petroleum Engineer onboarding activities.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All reports, models, and technical deliverables produced by the Petroleum Engineer under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. Northgate Energy Solutions Ltd. retains the right to use anonymised data for internal research purposes.
4.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, reservoir information, and commercial details exchanged during the course of this project, in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 5% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Manchester, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
4.8 Insurance: Northgate Energy Solutions Ltd. maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of not less than GBP 5,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of GBP 10,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in the United Kingdom Manchester region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Petroleum Engineer to deliver the specified services in United Kingdom Manchester. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorises Northgate Energy Solutions Ltd. to proceed with mobilisation.
