This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Energy Consulting C.A. to formally present the professional fees, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior Petroleum Engineer to support PDO’s upstream operations in Venezuela Caracas and its adjacent hydrocarbon-producing regions. The scope encompasses reservoir performance analysis, well optimization, production forecasting, and technical advisory services aligned with the operational requirements of the client’s asset portfolio in the Orinoco Belt and Maracaibo Basin.

The Petroleum Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in Venezuelan reservoir conditions, including heavy and extra-heavy crude oil systems. The professional will be based in Venezuela Caracas for the duration of the contract and will report directly to the client’s Engineering Directorate.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and shall be invoiced on a monthly basis. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices will be issued from the Venezuela Caracas office of Andes Energy Consulting C.A. and remitted via wire transfer to the designated corporate account. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Venezuelan commercial law and the terms of the master service agreement.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Venezuela Caracas.
• The Petroleum Engineer’s services are provided on a full-time, exclusive basis for the duration of the engagement. No concurrent assignments to competing operators are permitted.
• All technical deliverables, reservoir models, and proprietary data generated during the engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
• Andes Energy Consulting C.A. shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 2,000,000, valid throughout the Venezuela Caracas operational jurisdiction.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days’ written notice. In such event, fees will be prorated through the termination date.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Andes Energy Consulting C.A. to proceed with the engagement of the Petroleum Engineer as described herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party until the definitive contract is executed.
