This Quotation Estimate is prepared by PharmaKin Consulting SARL to provide the client with a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing professional engagement of a qualified Pharmacist in the city of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Pharmacist will be responsible for the full operational management of the hospital pharmacy unit, including drug procurement oversight, inventory control, prescription verification, patient counselling, regulatory compliance with the Agence Nationale de Régulation du Secteur Pharmaceutique (ANSP), and the supervision of junior pharmacy technicians.
The Pharmacist candidate must hold a valid Licence en Pharmacie (L3) or Master's degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution in DR Congo or an internationally accredited university, possess a current professional licence issued by the Ordre des Pharmaciens de la RDC, and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience. Fluency in French is mandatory, and working proficiency in English is strongly preferred given the international partnerships maintained by the facility.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments, all denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and transferable via bank wire to the account of PharmaKin Consulting SARL at BCC (Banque Commerciale du Congo), Kinshasa:
- 30% advance payment (USD 15,633.00) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and before the Pharmacist recruitment process commences.
- Monthly instalments of USD 3,359.17 payable on the 5th business day of each month for the duration of the twelve-month engagement.
- Final settlement of any remaining balance, including the one-time software licence and recruitment fees, to be cleared within fifteen (15) days of the Pharmacist's successful onboarding and first full month of service.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates (USD to CDF) and local labour market conditions in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
- The Pharmacist shall be engaged under a fixed-term professional contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. The contract shall be governed by the Labour Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Loi n° 011/2002) and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- PharmaKin Consulting SARL shall bear full responsibility for the professional competence, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance of the Pharmacist during the engagement period. Any malpractice or regulatory infraction attributable to the Pharmacist shall be addressed in accordance with the Ordre des Pharmaciens de la RDC disciplinary procedures.
- All costs are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (TVA) at the prevailing rate in DR Congo, which shall be added to the invoice if the client is not a registered VAT-exempt entity.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, epidemic declarations, or government-mandated closures in Kinshasa, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of the Tribunal de Commerce de Kinshasa, DR Congo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in Kinshasa, DR Congo, and authorises PharmaKin Consulting SARL to proceed with the recruitment and deployment of the Pharmacist as described herein.
