1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the recruitment, licensing, onboarding, and first-year employment of a qualified Pharmacist to be deployed at the client's pharmacy operations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document serves as a formal financial proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement. All figures are presented in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% unless otherwise stated.
2. Scope of Services
MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC shall provide the following services in connection with the placement of a Pharmacist in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates holding a valid Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree from an accredited institution recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Conducting structured technical interviews, clinical knowledge assessments, and practical dispensing evaluations tailored to the operational requirements of a multi-branch pharmacy in Riyadh.
- Facilitating the complete SCFHS license verification, dataflow processing, and professional registration with the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) and the relevant municipal pharmacy authority in Riyadh.
- Arranging Iqama (residence permit) sponsorship, medical fitness examination at an approved MOH center in Riyadh, and civil ID processing for expatriate candidates.
- Providing a 90-day post-placement support period during which MediStaff shall monitor the Pharmacist's integration, resolve any compliance or performance concerns, and coordinate with the client's operations team.
- Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51), the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations, and all municipal bylaws governing pharmacy practice in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (SAR 89,921.15) – due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment (SAR 119,894.86) – due upon successful SCFHS license issuance and Iqama activation for the Pharmacist.
- 30% Final Payment (SAR 89,921.15) – due upon completion of the 90-day post-placement support period and issuance of the final compliance certificate.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC account at Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Branch, IBAN: SA00 2000 0000 0000 0000 0000. Invoices will be issued in both Arabic and English to satisfy the documentation requirements of the Saudi Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA).
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for quotation extension must be submitted in writing to the undersigned consultant.
- The Pharmacist candidate must hold a minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience in a licensed pharmacy setting. Candidates with prior experience in a multi-branch retail pharmacy in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or the GCC region will be prioritized.
- All regulatory fees (SCFHS, MOH, SFDA, municipal) are included in this estimate. Should the Saudi government introduce new mandatory fees or regulatory changes during the processing period, any additional costs will be communicated transparently and require written client approval before being incurred.
- MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by government processing backlogs, force majeure events, or actions taken by the candidate that result in license rejection or Iqama suspension.
- This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee the final placement of a specific individual. The client reserves the right to reject any candidate presented, in which case MediStaff shall re-source at no additional recruitment fee, provided the rejection is communicated within five (5) business days of the interview.
- Confidentiality: All personal data of the Pharmacist candidate shall be handled in strict accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the client's internal data governance policies.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the recruitment and first-year employment of a Pharmacist in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
