Thank you for your enquiry regarding the engagement of a qualified Pharmacist to provide professional pharmaceutical services within your facility in Singapore. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the standards set by the Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and the Pharmacy Council of Singapore. Scope of Services – Pharmacist Engagement in Singapore

This Quotation Estimate covers the provision of a fully licensed Pharmacist registered with the Pharmacy Council of Singapore. The Pharmacist shall be responsible for the dispensing of prescribed medications, medication review and counselling, management of controlled drugs in compliance with the Misuse of Drugs Act (Singapore), inventory management of pharmaceutical stock, and adherence to all regulatory requirements stipulated by the HSA and the Ministry of Health, Singapore. The Pharmacist shall operate within the premises located in Singapore and shall comply with all local labour laws, including the Employment Act and the Work Pass regulations where applicable.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is specific to the engagement of a Pharmacist operating within Singapore. All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The Pharmacist must hold a valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of Singapore and a current Practising Certificate. Any changes in scope, duration, or regulatory requirements in Singapore may necessitate a revised Quotation Estimate. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, MediCare Professional Services Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to revise the rates stated herein.
The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the Employment Act of Singapore, the Pharmacy Act, and all applicable regulations issued by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and the Pharmacy Council of Singapore.
Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due upon acceptance and signing of the service agreement. The remaining 50% shall be payable in monthly instalments within fourteen (14) days of each monthly invoice.
The Pharmacist shall be required to complete a minimum of twenty (20) hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually as mandated by the Pharmacy Council of Singapore. Costs for CPD are included in this Quotation Estimate.
Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of three (3) months. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate shall be applied.
All pharmaceutical records, patient data, and controlled drug logs maintained by the Pharmacist shall remain the property of the client and shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Pharmacist shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Singapore.
The Pharmacist shall not be engaged in any concurrent employment or consultancy that conflicts with the duties outlined in this Quotation Estimate without prior written consent from the client.

Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Pharmacist in Singapore as detailed above. The signed Quotation Estimate shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the formal Service Agreement.
