This Quotation Estimate is issued by PharmaConsult Iberia S.L. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a licensed Pharmacist to operate within the healthcare facilities of Spain Barcelona. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, managing pharmaceutical inventory, providing clinical counselling to patients, conducting drug-interaction reviews, and ensuring full compliance with the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS) regulations as well as the autonomous community of Catalonia's specific pharmaceutical legislation.
The Pharmacist candidate will hold a valid degree in Pharmacy (Grado en Farmacia) recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Education, a current registration with the Col·legi Oficial de Farmacèutics de Barcelona (COFB), and a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in hospital or community pharmacy settings within Spain Barcelona or equivalent European jurisdictions.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 15% (€10,755.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% (€35,850.00) payable within 30 days of the Pharmacist's commencement date; and the remaining 35% (€25,095.00) payable in equal monthly instalments over the final four months of the contract period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PharmaConsult Iberia S.L. at CaixaBank, IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of the Pharmacist candidate are subject to revision.
- The Pharmacist shall be employed under a Spanish indefinite-term contract (contrato indefinido) in compliance with the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015) and the applicable collective agreement for the pharmaceutical sector in Spain Barcelona.
- PharmaConsult Iberia S.L. shall not be liable for any disruption in service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, strikes, or regulatory changes enacted by the Generalitat de Catalunya or the Spanish central government.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent employment of the Pharmacist shall be handled in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
- The Pharmacist is required to maintain a valid professional registration with the Col·legi Oficial de Farmacèutics de Barcelona throughout the entire engagement period. Lapse of registration shall constitute grounds for immediate contract termination.
- Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Verbal modifications shall hold no legal force.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona, with exclusive jurisdiction.
6. Acceptance and Signatures
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Pharmacist in Spain Barcelona. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon countersignature.
