This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline all costs, deliverables, and terms associated with the proposed Pharmacist placement service. Scope of Services – Pharmacist Placement in Turkey Istanbul

This Quotation Estimate covers the full-cycle recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing support of a licensed Pharmacist to be deployed at your facility in the Istanbul metropolitan area. The Pharmacist will hold a valid license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health (Sağlık Bakanlığı) and the Istanbul Provincial Pharmacy Council (İstanbul Eczacı Odası). The scope includes but is not limited to: candidate sourcing, credential verification, regulatory compliance checks, contract negotiation, on-site orientation, and a 12-month post-placement support period.

Payment Terms

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful onboarding of the Pharmacist at the Istanbul site; and the remaining 30% to be paid in equal monthly installments over the 12-month support period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediPharm Istanbul Consultancy Ltd. at Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul branch. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 2.5% in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability terms are subject to revision.
The Pharmacist to be placed under this agreement must hold a current, unexpired license from the Turkish Ministry of Health and be registered with the Istanbul Provincial Pharmacy Council. Any lapse in licensure shall be the responsibility of the placed Pharmacist and may trigger the replacement guarantee.
MediPharm Istanbul Consultancy Ltd. shall not be liable for any operational decisions made by the Pharmacist after the onboarding period. Our responsibility is limited to the recruitment, vetting, and initial integration phases as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
The replacement guarantee stipulates that if the Pharmacist resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment, we shall provide a replacement Pharmacist at no additional recruitment cost. This guarantee is valid for the duration of the 12-month support period.
All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to the Turkish Labor Law (4857), the Pharmacy and Drug Law (5123), and applicable Istanbul municipal regulations.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personnel data, financial terms, and operational details disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of this Quotation Estimate by a period of two (2) years.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest in the Istanbul region.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (İstanbul Tahkim Merkezi) for binding arbitration.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Pharmacist. A separate employment agreement, compliant with Turkish labor legislation, shall be executed upon successful placement.
All intellectual property, candidate databases, and proprietary recruitment methodologies remain the exclusive property of MediPharm Istanbul Consultancy Ltd.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document serves as the formal basis for the Pharmacist placement engagement in Turkey Istanbul.
