1. Scope of Services – Pharmacist Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is submitted by MediPharm Solutions (Pvt) Ltd in response to the request for professional Pharmacist services to be rendered at the Harare Central Health Clinic located in Zimbabwe Harare. The proposed Pharmacist will be a fully registered and licensed professional pharmacist in good standing with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Zimbabwe, holding a valid Practising Certificate and a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification experience in clinical and community pharmacy practice.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for the full management of the clinic's pharmaceutical operations, including but not limited to: dispensing of prescribed medications, management of the clinic's drug inventory and procurement, counselling of patients on medication usage and side effects, maintenance of accurate patient medication records, compliance with all regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health and Child Care of Zimbabwe, and supervision of pharmacy support staff. The Pharmacist will also be expected to participate in the clinic's quality assurance programmes and to liaise with the Zimbabwe Food and Drugs Authority (ZFDA) as required.

3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or regulatory adjustments within Zimbabwe.
3.2 The Pharmacist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid registration with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Zimbabwe and a current Practising Certificate. MediPharm Solutions (Pvt) Ltd shall provide proof of registration prior to commencement of services.
3.3 Payment terms: 15% mobilisation deposit upon contract signing; 70% payable in equal monthly instalments within seven (7) working days of each month's service delivery; 15% final payment upon successful completion of the twelve-month contract period.
3.4 The client (Harare Central Health Clinic) shall provide a suitable, secure, and adequately equipped pharmacy workspace within the clinic premises in Zimbabwe Harare, including refrigeration units, dispensing counters, and secure storage for controlled substances as mandated by Zimbabwean law.
3.5 Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination plus a 10% administrative fee.
3.6 The Pharmacist shall be bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding all patient records, clinic operations, and proprietary information in accordance with the Zimbabwe Data Protection Act (Chapter 11:12).
3.7 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
4. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Pharmacist services in Zimbabwe Harare. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
