- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, equipment costs, or scheduling constraints within Algeria Algiers.
- All prices quoted are in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of the Photographer's professional fees, equipment usage, and standard post-production. Any additional services not listed herein shall be subject to a separate written amendment.
- The Photographer shall deliver all final edited images within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of the last shooting session in Algeria Algiers. A preliminary selection of 20 images shall be provided within five (5) business days for client review.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance shall be due upon final delivery of all materials.
- The client grants the Photographer the right to use a limited selection of images (up to 10) for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a strict confidentiality agreement is executed prior to the engagement.
- Any rescheduling or cancellation by the client within seventy-two (72) hours of the agreed shooting date in Algeria Algiers shall incur a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total quoted amount.
- The Photographer is fully insured for professional liability and equipment damage. In the event of force majeure (severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions in Algeria Algiers), sessions may be rescheduled without penalty to either party.
- All intellectual property rights to the final delivered images transfer to the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains ownership of raw files and intermediate working files.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. Upon acceptance, it shall serve as the foundational agreement governing the professional relationship between the Photographer and the client.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, matters shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria.
