The Photographer named in this Quotation Estimate brings over twelve years of professional experience in commercial, editorial, and event photography. The services described herein are tailored specifically to the client's requirements and are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Section 7 of this Quotation Estimate.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the complete photographic production as requested by the client. The Photographer will be responsible for all aspects of the shoot, including pre-production planning, on-site execution, post-production editing, and final delivery of high-resolution digital assets. The engagement is scheduled to take place in Argentina Córdoba, with the primary shooting location at the client's premises located in the city center, and a secondary location at the historic San Vicente neighborhood.

The Photographer will arrive at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time to conduct lighting setup, equipment calibration, and a final walkthrough with the client's production team. The total on-site presence of the Photographer is estimated at eight (8) hours per shooting day, with a maximum of two (2) shooting days as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.

All prices are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to the current exchange rate. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional travel beyond the city limits of Argentina Córdoba. Should the client require the Photographer to travel to locations outside the metropolitan area (e.g., Alta Gracia, Cosquín, or Villa Carlos Paz), a separate travel Quotation Estimate will be issued.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the client agrees to the following payment schedule:

• 50% advance payment (ARS $511,225) due upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be paid via bank transfer to the Photographer's registered business account in Argentina Córdoba.
• 50% balance payment (ARS $511,225) due within five (5) business days following the final delivery and written approval of all edited images by the client.

Payment may be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via transfer to Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU: 01100049-1-0000000000-17, or in US Dollars at the official BCRA exchange rate in effect on the date of payment. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 3.5% as stipulated under Argentine commercial law.

The Photographer commits to the following delivery schedule as part of this Quotation Estimate:

• Day 1 & Day 2: On-site photography sessions in Argentina Córdoba (dates to be confirmed by mutual agreement, no later than July 1, 2025).
• Day 3 (post-shoot): Delivery of a password-protected digital proof gallery containing approximately 120 selected images for client review.
• Day 5 (post-shoot): Client provides final selection and any minor revision requests (up to 3 rounds of revisions included).
• Day 7 (post-shoot): Final delivery of 60 fully edited, high-resolution images (minimum 4000px on the long edge) in both TIFF and JPEG formats, along with a printed contact sheet.

The urgent delivery surcharge (Item 7) reduces the final delivery deadline to 48 hours from the client's written approval of the proof gallery.

Upon full payment as outlined in this Quotation Estimate, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final delivered images for commercial and editorial purposes in print, digital, and social media channels. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original and edited images. The Photographer reserves the right to include up to five (5) images in their professional portfolio, website, and social media channels as a showcase of their work in Argentina Córdoba. Should the client require an exclusive buyout or restricted portfolio usage, a supplementary agreement and additional fee will apply, to be detailed in a revised Quotation Estimate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing due to changes in equipment costs, fuel prices, or market conditions in Argentina Córdoba. The advance payment is non-refundable once the shooting dates have been confirmed and the Photographer has blocked the calendar. In the event of cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled shoot, 50% of the advance will be refunded. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days or on the day of the shoot will result in forfeiture of the full advance payment.

Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in Argentina Córdoba, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client, provided the rescheduled date falls within sixty (60) days of the original date.
