1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Australia Brisbane.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% (AUD $1,805.10) is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance of 70% is due within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of the event and delivery of final edited images.
3. All photography services are provided by a fully licensed and insured Photographer operating under Queensland, Australia regulations. Public liability insurance of $20,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of $5,000,000 are maintained throughout the engagement.
4. The Photographer reserves the right to use a selection of images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate confidentiality agreement is executed prior to the event.
5. Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
6. In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor photography in Australia Brisbane, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to adapt the shoot plan. Any additional hours required due to weather delays will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
7. All intellectual property rights in the final delivered images transfer to the client upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to display images in their professional portfolio.
8. This Quotation Estimate is prepared in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Queensland Fair Trading Act 2010. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.
9. Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised estimate and written approval from both parties.
