As a professional Photographer operating in the Canada Vancouver metropolitan area and surrounding regions, Coastal Lens Photography Studio is pleased to provide the following photography services for the client's annual corporate gala and product showcase event scheduled for August 22–23, 2025, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1033 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for Photographer services in Canada Vancouver.
• A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (CAD $5,334.00) is required to secure the Photographer's schedule and confirm the booking. The remaining 60% balance is due within fourteen (14) business days following final image delivery.
• All photography services will be performed by the assigned Photographer or, in the event of unforeseen illness, by a qualified substitute of equivalent experience and skill level, with prior written consent from the client.
• The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images for internal corporate communications, marketing, and social media purposes within the Canada Vancouver region and internationally.
• Any additional hours, extra image editing beyond the 350-image allowance, or scope changes requested after this Quotation Estimate is accepted will be billed at the hourly rates specified above and require a written change order signed by both parties.
• The Photographer is not liable for loss of images due to equipment failure, provided that all data is backed up on redundant storage media during the engagement. In the rare event of total data loss, the Photographer will refund the full Quotation Estimate amount.
• All work is subject to the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver before proceeding to litigation.
• The Photographer carries professional liability insurance of CAD $2,000,000 and equipment insurance covering all gear used during the engagement in Canada Vancouver and surrounding areas.
