This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount must be paid to secure the Photographer's availability for the specified date in Chile Santiago. The remaining 60% balance shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the final delivery of all photographic materials.
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the engagement with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common to the Santiago valley, civil emergencies, or equipment failure beyond reasonable repair. In such cases, no penalty shall apply to either party.
All images produced under this Quotation Estimate are licensed for the client's internal corporate use, social media publication, and press distribution. Commercial resale or third-party licensing of the Photographer's work requires a separate written agreement. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images (no more than 10) for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to the client's prior written approval.
Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional hours of Photographer coverage beyond the contracted 8 hours will be billed at CLP 120,000 per hour, plus applicable IVA.
