This Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of our senior Photographer team for a three-day event in Egypt Cairo, including pre-production planning, on-site coverage, post-production editing, and delivery of final assets. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer rates and availability in Egypt Cairo may be subject to revision based on market conditions and seasonal demand.

2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (EGP 57,912) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% balance (EGP 86,868) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following final delivery of all photographic assets.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a 75% charge of the total Quotation Estimate value. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule if force majeure events affect operations in Egypt Cairo.

4. Deliverables Timeline: The Photographer team will deliver a selection of 50 highlight images within 48 hours of the event. The full edited gallery of 300 images will be delivered within ten (10) business days. Print materials will be ready for pickup at our Egypt Cairo studio within fifteen (15) business days.

5. Usage Rights: All final images delivered under this Quotation Estimate grant the client full commercial usage rights for marketing, social media, and corporate communications. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection (up to 10 images) for portfolio and promotional purposes, with prior written consent from the client.

6. Permits & Compliance: The Photographer is responsible for obtaining all necessary shooting permits within Egypt Cairo, including but not limited to CAAA drone permits, venue access clearances, and any municipal photography licenses required by local authorities in Cairo Governorate.

7. Insurance: Cairo Lens Studio maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance covering all Photographer personnel, equipment, and third-party liability during operations in Egypt Cairo. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request prior to commencement of work.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Egypt Cairo under the jurisdiction of Egyptian law.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Photographer services to be rendered in Egypt Cairo. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
