4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in equipment costs, location availability in France Lyon, or market conditions.
4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (EUR 2,431.20) is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 60% (EUR 3,646.80) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the delivery of final edited images. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Atelier Lumière Photographique, France Lyon.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled session in France Lyon will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a charge of 75% of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation by the Photographer for reasons other than force majeure will result in a full refund of all amounts paid.
4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client receives a commercial usage license as specified in line item 08. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's prior written approval. All images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer under French law (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
4.5 Weather and Force Majeure: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting outdoor photography in France Lyon, the Photographer will propose an alternative date at no additional cost. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health restrictions, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4.6 Deliverables and Timeline: The Photographer commits to delivering the online proofing gallery within five (5) business days of the shoot date. Final edited and retouched images will be delivered in high-resolution TIFF and JPEG formats within fifteen (15) business days of client selection approval.
4.7 Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.
