- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations, equipment costs, or scheduling constraints within India Mumbai.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Photographer's schedule. The remaining 50% balance shall be paid within seven (7) working days of final image delivery. Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque to the account details provided by Apex Visual Studios, India Mumbai.
- The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 200 edited high-resolution images per full-day shoot. Any additional images beyond the agreed quantity shall be billed at ₹350 per image as per this Quotation Estimate.
- All images delivered under this Quotation Estimate carry full commercial usage rights for the client. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio and social media channels, unless a non-disclosure agreement is separately executed.
- Rescheduling: The client may reschedule the shoot date up to 72 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date in India Mumbai shall incur a 25% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Weather and Force Majeure: In the event of adverse weather conditions (monsoon rains, extreme heat) or unforeseen circumstances in India Mumbai that prevent outdoor photography, the Photographer shall coordinate with the client to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Equipment: All professional camera bodies, lenses, lighting kits, drones, and backup equipment shall be provided by the Photographer. The client is not required to supply any photographic equipment.
- Intellectual Property: All raw and edited images become the property of the client upon full payment. The Photographer shall delete all raw files from personal storage within 90 days of final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the advance payment has been received by the Photographer.
