3.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding offer by the Photographer (Studio Luce di Napoli) to the Client for the photographic services described herein. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be confirmed in writing by the Client within the validity period stated above.
3.2 The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of adverse weather conditions, public holidays in Italy Naples, or force majeure events. Rescheduling will be communicated to the Client no fewer than 48 hours in advance.
3.3 All images captured by the Photographer remain the intellectual property of Studio Luce di Napoli until full payment of the Grand Total has been received. Upon clearance of payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered images for the purposes agreed upon in this Quotation Estimate.
3.4 The Client agrees to provide the Photographer with safe access to all shooting locations within Italy Naples and to ensure that all necessary municipal permits and location clearances are obtained prior to the shoot date, unless otherwise specified in the itemized breakdown above.
3.5 Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance due within 14 business days of final image delivery. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the final invoice.
3.6 Cancellation by the Client more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within 14 days will incur a 50% penalty on the Grand Total. Cancellation by the Photographer for reasons other than force majeure will result in a full refund of all monies paid.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy.
