This Quotation Estimate is issued by KL Lens Studio Sdn. Bhd., a professional Photographer and visual content production company based in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, in response to your request for comprehensive photography services. The following Quotation Estimate outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of our lead Photographer and support team. All services will be conducted within the metropolitan area of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur unless otherwise specified in writing by both parties.

Our Photographer will provide end-to-end visual documentation services including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, post-production editing, and final delivery of high-resolution digital assets. The Quotation Estimate below reflects our standard professional rates as applicable in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur photography market for the year 2025.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, i.e., MYR 10,314.00, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance shall be settled within seven (7) working days upon delivery of the final edited images.
The Photographer and all crew members shall be available on the agreed date at the designated location in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. In the event of rescheduling, a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice is required. Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total Quotation Estimate.
All images produced by the Photographer remain the intellectual property of KL Lens Studio Sdn. Bhd. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial usage licence as specified in Item 9 of this Quotation Estimate. Any additional usage beyond the licensed scope requires a separate written agreement and supplementary fee.
The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, government-mandated closures, or public emergencies.
Client approval of the final selection of images must be provided within fourteen (14) days of the online gallery being made available. Failure to respond within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the Photographer's curated selection.
All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account details provided in the official invoice. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Photographer prior to execution.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
