This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of work, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of our lead Photographer and support team in Mexico Mexico City. Our studio has been operating in the heart of Mexico Mexico City for over twelve years, providing exceptional Photographer services to corporate clients, editorial publications, and private individuals throughout the Federal District and surrounding states. This Quotation Estimate reflects our commitment to delivering world-class visual content while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and artistic excellence.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the engagement of a senior Photographer (with a minimum of ten years of professional experience) along with a dedicated assistant, lighting technician, and post-production editor. All services will be performed at the client's designated location within Mexico Mexico City or at our studio facilities in the Juárez neighborhood, as specified in the final production schedule.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions, equipment availability, or scheduling constraints in Mexico Mexico City.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fifteen (15) business days following final image delivery. Payment may be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to our account at Banco de México or by certified check.
Scheduling: The Photographer and full crew will be available on the dates specified in the production schedule. Any rescheduling must be communicated at least seven (7) business days in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the shoot date will incur a 20% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
Deliverables: All final images will be delivered in high-resolution TIFF and JPEG formats (minimum 300 DPI) suitable for both digital and print reproduction. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate exclusivity agreement is executed.
Location: All shooting locations must be within the geographic boundaries of Mexico Mexico City (including the sixteen administrative boroughs). Locations outside this area will require a revised Quotation Estimate with additional travel and accommodation costs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the shoot date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a 75% charge of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a 100% charge.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Mexico Mexico City.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final delivered images transfer to the client for commercial use. The Photographer retains copyright over raw and unedited files.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico Mexico City.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to engage the Photographer and support team as described in this document.
