- A deposit of 40% ($4,899.00 NZD) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the booking date. The remaining 60% ($7,348.50 NZD) is payable within 14 days of final image delivery.
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to Harbour Lens Photography Co., ANZ Bank, Account: 01-0456-7890123-00, or by EFTPOS at the time of engagement.
- Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Credit Act 2003.
- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Inland Revenue Department, New Zealand.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in the New Zealand Auckland photography industry.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' notice in the event of adverse weather conditions, which are common in the Auckland region, or unforeseen equipment failure.
- All images remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of the final invoice payment, the commercial usage licence as described in Item 07 is transferred to the client.
- The Photographer will provide a private online gallery within 10 business days of the shoot for client review and selection. Final edited images will be delivered in high-resolution TIFF and optimised JPEG formats within 20 business days.
- Model release forms will be provided for all individuals photographed on the Auckland premises. The client is responsible for ensuring all staff sign the releases prior to the session.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The engagement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal in Auckland.
- The Photographer carries $10,000,000 in public liability insurance, compliant with New Zealand insurance regulations for commercial photography operations in Auckland.
- Any additional hours, extra image requests, or scope changes beyond this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of $350.00 NZD per hour plus applicable GST.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for professional Photographer services in New Zealand Auckland as set out above. The Photographer confirms availability for the proposed dates and agrees to deliver the services described herein.
