- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer by the Photographer and becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance and payment of the 50% advance deposit by the client.
- All photographic services shall be carried out by the Photographer or their designated team within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area. Travel outside Lagos (e.g., Abeokuta, Ibadan, or Port Harcourt) will be quoted separately.
- The Photographer shall deliver all edited digital files within seven (7) working days of the shoot date, unless an urgent delivery surcharge has been applied as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Client shall provide all necessary permits, access credentials, and location clearances required for the Photographer to operate within Nigeria Lagos venues, including government buildings, private estates, and commercial properties.
- Copyright of all original images remains with the Photographer. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use of the delivered images. Any reproduction, resale, or redistribution requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Photographer. A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final edited images.
- In the event of rescheduling, the client must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 25% penalty fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- The Photographer shall carry comprehensive professional liability insurance valid in Nigeria Lagos for the duration of all assignments.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, flooding, or government-imposed restrictions in Nigeria Lagos, shall exempt the Photographer from liability for delays or partial non-performance.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full. The Photographer confirms readiness to commence services upon receipt of the advance payment as stipulated herein. Both parties agree that this document, executed in Nigeria Lagos, represents the complete and final understanding between the Photographer and the client regarding the scope and cost of the photographic engagement.
