1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

2. Scope of Services — Photographer Engagement

The Photographer assigned under this Quotation Estimate will deliver the following services tailored to the client's specifications. All photography sessions will be conducted by a senior Photographer with a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in commercial, corporate, and event photography within Pakistan Islamabad. The Photographer will bring all necessary equipment, including but not limited to professional DSLR and mirrorless camera bodies, a range of prime and zoom lenses, studio lighting kits, reflectors, backdrops, and post-production software licenses.

3. Payment Terms

As per this Quotation Estimate, the client shall remit a confirmed advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to PKR 219,240, within five (5) business days of acceptance to secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%), amounting to PKR 219,240, shall be due within seven (7) business days of final image delivery. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Studio Lens Pakistan account at HBL, Blue Area Branch, Islamabad, Pakistan. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per week as per standard commercial practice in Pakistan Islamabad.

4. Deliverables & Timeline

The Photographer will deliver all final, high-resolution images (minimum 3000 pixels on the long edge, JPEG and TIFF formats) via a secure cloud link within fourteen (14) calendar days of the final photography session, unless the rush delivery option has been exercised. A selection of 20 preview images will be provided within 48 hours of each session for client approval. All raw files will be retained by the Photographer for a period of ninety (90) days and subsequently deleted in accordance with data privacy practices observed in Pakistan Islamabad.

5. Terms & Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer's rates and availability may be revised.
• The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common in Pakistan Islamabad during monsoon season, government-issued curfews, or public holidays declared by the Government of Pakistan.
• All images delivered under this Quotation Estimate carry a commercial usage license for the client's internal and external marketing purposes. The Photographer retains the right to use a limited selection of images in their professional portfolio and social media channels, subject to prior written consent from the client.
• The Photographer shall carry professional liability insurance covering equipment and third-party liability, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Pakistan Islamabad.
