Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of the Photographer's professional expertise, equipment, and standard working hours (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM). Overtime beyond 06:00 PM will be charged at 1.5x the daily rate. This estimate covers services delivered within the city limits of Pakistan Karachi. - This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a final contract until both parties sign the acceptance section below.
- The Photographer and crew will arrive at the designated location in Pakistan Karachi no later than 08:30 AM on each scheduled working day.
- Client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible workspace, adequate power supply, and any specific props or products to be photographed.
- All raw and edited images remain the intellectual property of Apex Visual Studios until full payment is received. Upon clearance, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within 7 working days of final image delivery.
- Any additional shooting days, extra retouching beyond 200 images, or scope changes will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use up to 5 final images in their professional portfolio and social media channels, subject to client approval.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Karachi, etc.) will pause the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh.
