This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northern Light Photography Studio to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Photographer services to be delivered within the city of Russia Saint Petersburg. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, associated costs, delivery timelines, and contractual terms governing the engagement. This Quotation Estimate serves as a formal proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section at the end of this document.
The Photographer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide full-service photographic coverage for a corporate event, product catalogue shoot, and architectural documentation of heritage buildings located in the central districts of Russia Saint Petersburg. The Photographer will bring all necessary professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to full-frame DSLR and mirrorless camera bodies, a selection of prime and zoom lenses, studio lighting kits, reflectors, and portable power solutions. All work will be conducted in compliance with local regulations of Russia Saint Petersburg regarding commercial photography permits, particularly for locations within the UNESCO World Heritage Zone.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in two installments. A non-refundable deposit of 40% (155,520 RUB) is due within five (5) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of 60% (233,280 RUB) shall be invoiced upon completion of all photographic sessions and delivery of the final edited image set. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the studio's registered account in Russia Saint Petersburg. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Photographer commits to delivering the following milestones: raw image files within 72 hours of each shooting day; a curated selection of 50 preview images within five (5) business days; and the complete final edited set within fifteen (15) business days of the last shooting session. All deliverables will be provided via secure cloud download link and, upon request, on a physical USB drive at no additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations, currency changes, or availability of the Photographer.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images produced. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial use as specified in a separate licensing addendum.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting locations in Russia Saint Petersburg, or extended hours beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or municipal restrictions in Russia Saint Petersburg, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice to the client.
- All work will be performed in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Personal Data and applicable intellectual property regulations. Model release forms will be collected on-site for any identifiable individuals.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for printing, framing, or third-party platform licensing unless explicitly stated in a written addendum.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of Russia Saint Petersburg.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of all terms and conditions, and authorizes the Photographer to commence work as described. This signature does not create a binding obligation until the deposit has been received in full.
