2. Scope of Services – Photographer Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Shamal Visual Media Co. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs for professional Photographer services to be delivered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The engagement covers a full-day corporate event photography assignment scheduled for 22 August 2025 at the Jeddah Corniche Convention Centre. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing all key moments, speaker presentations, networking sessions, and ceremonial activities throughout the event duration.
The Photographer assigned to this project, Mr. Khaled Al-Otaibi, holds over twelve years of professional experience in corporate, editorial, and event photography within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All work will be conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Communications and Media Commission (CMA) regulations and the local photography licensing requirements applicable in Jeddah and the wider Makkah region.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Shamal Visual Media Co. at Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah Branch (IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519). A 50% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this quotation, and the remaining 50% balance is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final delivery of all edited images and printed materials. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any changes in scope, event duration, or location within Saudi Arabia Jeddah may result in a revised quotation.
- The Photographer and assistant retain full copyright ownership of all captured images. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal corporate use, press releases, and social media posting. Any commercial resale or third-party licensing requires a separate written agreement.
- All photography activities in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall comply with the CMA photography permit regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining any venue-specific permissions or no-objection certificates from the event venue management.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies), the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the assignment without penalty, subject to mutual agreement on a new date.
- The Photographer shall provide a minimum of 500 unedited raw images in addition to the 150 edited photographs specified in this estimate. Raw files will be delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days.
- Any additional hours beyond the agreed eight (8) hours of on-site coverage shall be billed at a rate of SAR 600.00 per additional hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This quotation does not include drone/aerial photography, video filming, or live-streaming services. Such services may be quoted separately upon request.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jeddah, Makkah Region.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services to be rendered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
