This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seoul Lens Studio Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with the engagement of a professional Photographer for a multi-day commercial and editorial photography project to be conducted in South Korea Seoul. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate outlining the scope of work, deliverables, associated fees, and terms governing the Photographer's services. The Photographer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for capturing high-resolution imagery across multiple locations within South Korea Seoul, including but not limited to the Gangnam district, the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village, the N Seoul Tower observation deck, and the Han River waterfront promenade.
The Photographer will deliver the following services as part of this Quotation Estimate for the South Korea Seoul project:
- Pre-production consultation and location scouting across South Korea Seoul (2 days)
- On-site commercial and editorial photography sessions (3 full days)
- Use of professional-grade camera equipment, lighting rigs, and lens packages
- Post-production editing, color grading, and retouching of all delivered images
- Delivery of a minimum of 350 fully edited high-resolution images (minimum 6000px on the long edge)
- Provision of a dedicated Photographer assistant and local South Korea Seoul fixer for permits and logistics

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise rates due to market fluctuations in South Korea Seoul.
4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following final delivery of all edited images. All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the account designated by the Photographer's studio in South Korea Seoul.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date in South Korea Seoul will incur a 20% penalty. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. The Photographer may cancel with 72 hours' notice in the event of force majeure, in which case all deposits will be refunded in full.
4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final edited images shall transfer to the client as specified in the Commercial Usage License. The Photographer retains the right to display a limited selection of images in their professional portfolio and to use them for self-promotional purposes within South Korea Seoul and internationally.
4.5 Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes one (1) round of minor revisions on the post-production deliverables. Additional revision rounds will be billed at 12,000 KRW per image.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in South Korea Seoul under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
4.7 Taxes: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Applicable Korean VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 10%) shall be added to the final invoice. Foreign clients may be eligible for VAT exemption under Korean tax regulations; documentation must be provided to the Photographer prior to invoicing.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Photographer services to be performed in South Korea Seoul. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes the Photographer to commence pre-production activities.
