2. Scope of Photographer Services

The Photographer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following services within Sri Lanka Colombo:

• Corporate Event Coverage: Full-day photography (8 hours) for the annual company gala dinner scheduled at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo 02. This includes pre-event setup, candid guest photography, stage and speaker coverage, and post-event group portraits.
• Product Photography: Studio-based shooting of 45 product items for the client's e-commerce catalogue. Each product will be photographed from a minimum of three angles with professional lighting and white-background compositing.
• Architectural & Interior Photography: A half-day session (4 hours) at the client's new office premises on Galle Road, Colombo 03, capturing exterior facades, reception areas, meeting rooms, and open-plan workspaces.

4. Payment Terms

5. Delivery Timeline

The Photographer commits to delivering the following milestones as outlined in this Quotation Estimate:

• Pre-production planning meeting: Within 3 business days of contract signing.
• Shooting dates: To be mutually agreed, no later than 30 September 2025.
• First-round edited proofs: Within 10 business days of the final shooting date.
• Final high-resolution deliverables: Within 15 business days of the final shooting date.

6. Terms & Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Photographer reserves the right to revise rates due to market fluctuations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
• All images delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the final invoice, a perpetual, royalty-free commercial licence is granted to the client.
• The Photographer shall carry full professional indemnity insurance covering all operations conducted within Sri Lanka Colombo and its environs.
