Our lead Photographer, Mr. Yousif El-Tahir (15 years of professional experience in Sudan Khartoum and the broader Nile Valley region), will be supported by two assistant photographers and one videographer. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: pre-event venue scouting and lighting assessment; full-day coverage of the gala from guest arrival through the closing ceremony; editorial and candid photography of key speakers, VIP guests, and product demonstrations; post-event retouching and color grading of all selected images; and delivery of a curated digital gallery within fourteen (14) business days of the event. All photography will be conducted in accordance with local Sudanese cultural norms and the specific branding guidelines provided by the client.

In accordance with standard commercial practice in Sudan Khartoum, the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be settled as follows: a non-refundable deposit of forty percent (40%) is due upon acceptance of this proposal and execution of the service agreement; a second installment of forty percent (40%) is payable no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the event date; and the remaining twenty percent (20%) balance is due within five (5) business days following the final delivery of all photographic and video assets. All payments shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the studio's registered account at Bank of Khartoum, or by certified cheque. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per week as stipulated under the Sudanese Commercial Code.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Photographer and support team reserve the right to reschedule coverage in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures. In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within ten (10) business days.
- All images and video content produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of Nile Horizon Photography Studio until full payment has been received. Upon clearance of the final balance, a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial and internal corporate use is granted to the client.
- The client agrees to provide a safe, accessible working environment at the venue and to coordinate with venue management to ensure uninterrupted access for the photography team throughout the event duration.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes requested by the client after the initial agreement will be billed at the hourly rate of SDG 12,000 per photographer and must be approved in writing by both parties before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal Service Agreement, incorporating all terms herein, will be drafted and executed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with applicable Sudanese law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety, that all terms, conditions, and pricing associated with the Photographer services in Sudan Khartoum are understood and accepted, and that the studio is authorized to proceed with preparations upon receipt of the initial deposit.
