3.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding offer by the Photographer (Alpine Lens Photography AG) to the Client. It does not form a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
3.2 The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the shoot with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather conditions affecting outdoor locations in Switzerland Zurich, or documented equipment failure.
3.3 Payment terms: 50% deposit (CHF 4,159.92) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Photographer's calendar. The remaining 50% balance (CHF 4,159.91) is due within 14 days of final image delivery. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
3.4 All intellectual property rights in the raw and edited photographs remain with the Photographer until full payment has been received. The commercial licence described in item 05 grants the Client the right to reproduce the images for the specified duration and media within the Switzerland Zurich region and, unless otherwise stated, throughout Switzerland.
3.5 The Photographer shall comply with all applicable Swiss federal and cantonal regulations, including the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSGVO), when handling any personal data of individuals appearing in the photographs. Written model releases will be obtained on-site where required.
3.6 Cancellation by the Client within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will be refunded in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland Zurich.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. The Photographer confirms availability for the proposed service dates, and the Client confirms acceptance of the scope, pricing, and conditions outlined above.
