- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Photographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to TZS 5,122,100, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's schedule. The remaining balance shall be settled within seven (7) business days following delivery of the final edited images.
- All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Serengeti Lens Photography Studio, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. International wire transfers are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate.
- The Photographer guarantees delivery of the curated digital gallery within ten (10) business days from the date of the event. Raw files are not included in this Quotation Estimate unless separately negotiated.
- The client acknowledges that the Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured. The commercial licence outlined in Item 7 grants the client the right to reproduce and distribute the images for the specified purposes and duration.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, political unrest, or public health emergencies in Tanzania Dar es Salaam), the Photographer shall notify the client within 24 hours, and the Quotation Estimate terms shall be renegotiated in good faith.
- Any changes to the scope of work, event duration, or additional deliverables must be agreed upon in writing and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the initial deposit has been received by the Photographer.
