Itemized Services & Pricing

Terms & Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
2. A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, i.e., UGX 18,762,000, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Photographer's availability for the specified date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.
3. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Kampala Lens Studios, Bank of Uganda, Account No. 0045-8872-1123, or by mobile money (MTN/Airtel) to +256 700 123 456.
4. The Photographer and crew will arrive at the venue no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled start time. The client agrees to provide a designated area for equipment storage and a power source if required.
5. All photographs and video content remain the intellectual property of Kampala Lens Studios until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use.
6. In the event of rescheduling, the client must provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Rescheduling within fourteen days will incur a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include accommodation, meals, or transport for the Photographer team if the event venue is located outside the Uganda Kampala metropolitan area. Such costs will be quoted separately.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures in Uganda Kampala, may necessitate postponement without penalty to either party.
9. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, matters shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala, Uganda.

Photographer Team & Equipment

The lead Photographer assigned to your event will be Mr. David Okello, a certified professional with over fifteen years of experience shooting events across Uganda Kampala and the broader East African region. He will be accompanied by a second Photographer, Ms. Grace Namutebi, and a production assistant. All equipment will include Canon EOS R5 and Sony A7IV mirrorless cameras, a range of prime and zoom lenses (24-70mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8, 35mm f/1.4), professional lighting kits, and backup memory cards. The Photographer team will dress in formal black attire appropriate for a corporate gala setting.
